The first draft of Fisherman's Sweater is about the relationship of a grumpy Father and a girl who want to sail with her father. However, after some research of the meaning of patterns on Fisherman Sweater, I realized the sweater represents of mother's love. Mothers/wives knit day and night for their child/husband's health,luck,success..etc.
